Questions

Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan gives you a subdomain, unlimited public pages and unlimited contributors, forever. You only pay when you want your own domain and the Pro toolkit.

Do contributors cost extra?

Never. Every plan includes unlimited contributors with roles from reader to admin. A 40-person community pays the same as a solo maintainer. That promise is locked.

Is there a per-seat fee?

No. Unlike per-seat docs tools, helping out never adds to your bill. You pay one flat price per wiki, or nothing at all on the free plan.

What do I get when I go Pro?

Your own custom domain, full theming with custom CSS, the analytics dashboard and Discord integration, on top of everything in Free.

Can I export and leave?

Any time. Export the whole wiki as Markdown or JSON in one click, choose your content license, and our written exit promise covers your domain and data.

When are paid plans available?

The free plan is live now. We are finalizing Pro pricing with our first design-partner communities, so the exact number may still move a little.
